Baptismal Certificate Information

Please provide a copy of your student(s) Baptismal certificate.
All parish sacramental records prior to 2020 are located in the Diocesan Archive Center.
Copies may be obtained by submitting the form found here.
You may also call the Diocesan Archives to make this request at 412-456-3158.
Submissions may be mailed to the parish office or emailed to [email protected]
Registration Fee

The registration fee for religious education is $25.00 per family. Payment may be submitted in the sunday collection basket, mailed to the parish office, or brought to the opening Meet and Greet.
